I am helping organisations to transform their business process by leveraging emerging information technologies. For more than 20 years I have designed, developed, integrated and deployed networks and distributed computing systems. Since two years, there is a strong shift from tools to people, and I enjoy very much networks of empowered individuals. My job at SITA is to grow communities of practice on a global scale, and at night I am leading an open-source project on social networks called YACS.
