got involved in various product/interaction design projects in consultancy, led an advanced design studio in mitsubishi electric telecom europe, and co-lead the samsung design europe interaction design/telecom team and finally joined nokia design in october 2004 to lead various strategic initiatives, programs, teams, mainly in the Insights and Innovation team of Nokia Design, and since 2008 in the Nokia Design services and Ui design team.
