I was born in Pombal in 1978 but have lived in Lisbon, Portugal, since 1996. I graduated in Public Relations and Advertising. I have worked in projects of organizational communication, and more recently in projects of new technologies and e-government, especially in citizen relationship management projects and online services to citizens. At the moment I?m also doing a Masters in Communication, Organization and New Technologies, where I?m doing a thesis paper about weblogs and their importance in the new web. Last but not least I?m one of the co-organizers of SHiFT - Social and Human Ideas For Technology.
